
Alan is a Director of employee engagement specialists, instinctif. He is responsible for delivering both internal and external communications programmes from strategy through design to implementation including production of major events and communication tools. A qualified marketeer with 15 years’ consultancy experience, Alan has previously held senior posts with major international business including Electrolux, Vickers Group and Steelcase inc. (USA).

Jo is Production Director for instinctif. An award-winning events producer with almost 20 years’ experience in the communications industry, she headed up the Business Television department at Imagination and was a Senior Producer at Jack Morton Worldwide. Her experience covers all aspects of internal communications, live events, permanent installations, press events, AGMs, product launches, CRM programmes, financial roadshows and numerous video, television and commercial credits.

Nic is Managing Director and founder of employee engagement specialists instinctif. He has more than 25 years' of worldwide sales and marketing experience and has worked for some of the world’s most successful companies. In his career he has touched on nearly every facet of marketing, including strategic marketing, branding, product, marketing communications, market research, public relations, and event marketing, working in Europe, the US and Australasia.

Richard is Content and Creative Director for instinctif. He has more than 12 years’ marketing and communications experience, bringing together strategic counsel and creative focus. Richard has been instrumental in the creation, development and execution of multi-channel, multi-message marketing and communication campaigns.

Suzanne is an engagement specialist at instinctif, where she works with leading global brands such as Compass Group and Thomson Reuters to develop employee and customer communication strategies. She brings 15 years communications experience, with a background in PR. During this time she successfully built clients' brands and managed their reputations, from reinvigorating existing brands such as Fabergé and De Vere to establishing new brands such as VistaJet and Sarment. Her campaigns have won awards including: PR Sabre Award for “Best EMEA Corporate PR campaign: Fabergé a Jewelry Renaissance”.
