Chris, a Partner within College Public Policy Partner, has been a senior player in public affairs for 20 years. His public affairs career started with IBM; he has advised Pfizer’s European Trade Group, was PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Head of Public Affairs and set up and led Scottish & Newcastle’s public affairs department. Chris is a visiting lecturer on public affairs at the Universities of Oxford and Westminster.

James is a Partner at College Public Policy. He is responsible for advising clients and implementing their programmes in sectors which include financial services, transport, media and utilities with a focus on the energy and water sectors. James was previously deputy MD of a public affairs practice, where he advised a number of major clients. He has extensive communications and campaigning experience in a political party environment, and previously worked for the Conservative Research Department.

She has been active in public affairs for 14 years and has a proven track record in implementing successful lobbying campaigns at both EU and national level. Lucy manages a wide range of pan-European trade associations as well as heading up the Dublin office of Policy Action; working with retailers on urban planning issues in relation to retail shops.

Richard founded Communiqué, part of College Public Policy, in 1984 after ten years of working for some of the UK's leading advertising and PR agencies. He has provided political and community engagement counsel to many of the UK's leading house-builders and property development companies, together with utility companies, trade bodies, three of the UK's top supermarkets, a global industrial detergent company and a major UK brewer.

For 20 years, Robbie has advised a range of clients on UK legislative, regulatory and public policy issues. He set up Precise Public Affairs with Chris Lowe in 2002 having been at Edinburgh-based Strategy in Scotland, at Westminster Strategy in London and a Director of IGA. Robbie worked for seven years as the researcher for a former MP for Bootle and Labour's Front Bench Spokesperson for Environmental Protection. He is Chair of the Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC) and in 2007 was elected "UK Consultant of the year" by over 3,000 professionals from across the public affairs industry.

Warwick is Managing Partner leading College Public Policy, advising a range of clients on domestic and international legislative, regulatory and public policy issues. Before joining the public affairs industry, Warwick was in Government service for 16 years as a policy adviser, ministerial aide, and international negotiator. Warwick is immediate past Chairman of the Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC) in the UK and is a past member of the Policy Committee of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Wes is Managing Partner and founder of Policy Action – the Brussels arm of College Public Policy. He has more than 20 years’ experience in public affairs and is responsible for advising clients in sectors ranging from health to financial services. Wes supervises lobbying activities carried out in Brussels and project manages campaigns across EU Member States. He has worked with all of the EU institutions and key MEPs. Previously, Wes has also spent time in Washington D.C. running campaigns.
