College Hill’s Consumer Team has been appointed by Snoozebox, a new and exciting innovative concept in temporary and flexible hotel accommodation, to advise them on their initial public offering on AIM. Robert Breare, the brainchild behind Snoozebox and a serial entrepreneur in the leisure sector, appointed College Hill without a tender process.

The company, which has already proved popular at a number of high profile outdoor events such as the British Formula One Grand Prix, has raised £12m in new equity through a flotation on AIM – valuing the Company at just over £20m – in what is the first leisure sector IPO of 2012.
